Blind Live
The conversation starts without a face: presence, interests and voice come first, and the reveal happens in agreed phases, not by surprise.
How the reveal works
The reveal ritual has four moments: wait, announcement, transition and revealed. They run in that order and the screen shows exactly one of them — you do not navigate between them nor skip ahead to the next.
When the reveal happens, it happens for everyone at the same time. There is no partial reveal, not even for the cast before the audience.
Before the reveal
While faces are masked, what circulates is what the conversation produces. Whoever watches from the audience has their own screen, separate from the one used on stage.
Afterwards
There is a post-reveal stage, for what comes after the faces appear. The format does not end at the instant of the reveal.
